Return Policy For In Store Sales:
All returns are for store credit only. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days and must be accompanied by a receipt. There are no returns for items that have been opened or unsealed such as CD's, DVD's, Divination Cards and Body Products unless such items are found to be defective. Defective CD's will be exchanged for the same title. All sales final for classes, readings, and services.

Return Policy For Online Orders:
If your item arrives damaged please keep all the original packaging and contact us immediately. You may be required to present the item and packaging to your local post office. We will either exchange it or offer a full refund pending processing by the US Postal Service. After two weeks following delivery all sales are final. All sales are final for classes, readings, and services.

Return Policy for Classes:
Payments for classes will be refunded in the form of a Gift Card (good for in-store sales only) and must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the start of the class by visitng the shop or calling 925-933-2342 during business hours. After that time all sales are final. We're sorry, email requests for refunds cannot be processed.

Shipping:
Items usually ship within 2 weeks of cleared payment. We generally ship in the US via First Class or Parcel Post.

Shipping Rates:
$.01 to $10 = $5
$10.01 to $25 = $9
$25.01 to $50 = $12
$50.01 to $75 = $15
$75.01 and up = $17

Orders outside the US (Contact us for shipping rates to your country before you place your order) will be shipped via International Priority (a phone number is required if shipping to a Post Office Box).
